I had ordered online 10 books each of Telugu Ramayana and English Ramayana to gift some children . Despite ordering 2 weeks in advance - it was a nightmare to receive. There is no courier service ! They sent my parcel via roadways to Hyderabad post office . Postal people refused to deliver it to my home and said address is wrong! I kept calling the company in Bengaluru who refuse to pick up my phone . Started tracking the parcel which is now stuck at a post office ! So despite being a senior citizen now I have to travel by myself to collect parcel which should have been delivered at my doorstep ! Despite 9K Rs - still there is no consideration from company who are showing only supreme indifference ! Never again will I book here ! Better to order via Amazon ! Namaste
